Pinterest Scheduler Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the Flow & Nest Pinterest scheduling application and related services.

This service is provided for internal use by Flow & Nest and is not offered to third parties or the general public.

2. Service Description

The service allows Flow & Nest to connect authorised Pinterest accounts, select content, and schedule or publish content through Pinterest's API.

3. Pinterest Account Access

Pinterest accounts are connected through Pinterest's OAuth flow. Flow & Nest is responsible for maintaining control of connected accounts and for any content published through the service.

4. Acceptable Use

The service must not be used to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or platform-prohibited content.

Use of the service must comply with Pinterest's terms, policies, and developer rules.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended, limited, or changed where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or if Pinterest changes or restricts API access.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The service depends on Pinterest and related third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, content removals, account actions, or API changes made by Pinterest or other third parties.

We do not guarantee content performance, distribution, visibility, or engagement on Pinterest.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Pinterest Scheduler Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Use of the service may be stopped at any time and Pinterest access can be revoked through account settings. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted performance, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
